The Executive Committee will convene for its regular business meeting to review organizational matters, receive reports, and take up any items requiring committee action. While this meeting is open for observers to attend, public input or participation is not permitted. The formal agenda will be distributed separately prior to the meeting. All attendees are welcomed to observe the proceedings and stay informed about the work of the Executive Committee.
